I think it might be a virus, I had the same problem with my computer. I just went to the control panel, go to the clock and click on the "internet time" tab. Once there make sure it is set to automatic and that it is set to synchronize with a time server. It should be "time.windows.com". I have also noticed that when my computer's clock is ahead of actual time it is slow in starting up programs and internet pages are slow to load.
